  • NEAT. Neat is your main source of burning calories.

    It stands for non exercise active thermogenesis.

    Every active thing you do that isn’t exercise. Tapping your leg, walking around your house, hoovering etc. What will help you incredibly is increasing this rather than trying to do more and more cardio. An easy way of doing this is setting a step goal everyday.

    Hit 10k - 15k steps no matter what. You will burn SO many more calories than you realise just doing this.

  • Oil spray. If you use oil to cook, like most people, you’re probably adding a good 100-300 calories on top of every meal you eat when you really don’t need to. Swap the oil pouring out for a spray bottle.

    Reduce all those unneeded excess calories for nothing. Plus all that oil does nothing to your meal anyway.
