How to overcome that point of giving up.
Refeeds can be a great little tool for cutting.
Every 4-6 weeks you essentially have a day where you carb back up. Have a very high calorie day to restore all the glycogen levels in your body so it makes it alot easier to carry on cutting.
It also helps restore your metabolism.
If your body has been under fed for a while, it will start to burn calories slower to accommodate, it’s like our survival instinct to stop us from starving. So it helps increase it again so you can continue to lose weight.
DON’T however, use a refeed as an excuse to cheat on your diet. These aren’t a weekly thing, they should be like I said, once every 4-6 weeks, only if you’re weight is plateauing and not going down at all, aswell as if your strength has taken a sharp dip over the last week.
