STUPID MISTAKES
Don’t make the process of cutting harder than it needs to be.
Scales fluctuate because your body does. Some days you sweat more, some days you drink more water, some days you have a lot of sodium, these all change your weight.
What you shouldn’t be doing is worrying about your day to day weight changes, because it’s just not reliable. So don’t act impulsively if you weigh in more one morning than the next, what matters is the graph over time.
Zoom out, are you going in the right direction, are you lighter than you were 2 weeks ago? If so keep going, trust the process, be patient.
Count your calories correctly. It is actually worrying the amount of people who say they can’t lose weight but they’re eating less and moving more and swear they’re in a calorie deficit. You can’t defy the laws of physics and thermodynamics.
If you were in an energy deficit you would lose weight.
Then they also tell me they don’t track the kitkat they have on a night, or the 3 tablespoons of olive oil they cook in. If you’re going to track calories, track everything, or don’t track at all.
